Service Description
What's included? A refresher on how to prepare for birth; from talking about a previous birth experience to encouraging your body to prepare for labour, your birth environment to the hormones that your body produces.... and much more. You will also receive a course booklet, affirmation cards and relaxation tracks to fully prepare you for meeting your baby!
