FAQ
The Answers You Need

When is the best time to start my practice of Hypnobirthing?

You can start Hypnobirthing at any time in your pregnancy, however it would be advised to begin your practice from 24 weeks of pregnancy to allow you the time to practice and build confidence before the birth of your baby.

Can I do Hypnobirthing by myself or with my partner?

You may do whatever you feel most comfortable doing. If you have a chosen birth partner it can be helpful for you both to come along to the sessions, that way they can learn your needs during the birth. Hypnobirthing is all about using communication to empower you to feel fearless during the birth of your baby, whether this works best for just you, or both you and your partner, anything is welcome.

Can I still do Hypnobirthing if I am having a planned Caesarean Section?

Absolutely! Hypnobirthing can be used for any sort of birth, it is all about preparation and practice to enable you to have the best possible birth experience. There is a specific course for a planned abdominal birth - click here to find it.

If your baby decides to make a slightly early arrival before your course you will of course receive a full refund, I will also be available to be contacted via email to support you if required.

What happens if my baby arrives before my course?
