Service Description

8 hours taught over 2 or 4 sessions. Choose one date on the calendar to start your course and add other session dates when completing your booking. What's included? Everything you need to know to prepare for every eventuality from encouraging your body to prepare for labour, induction of labour, birth environment to the hormones that your body produces.... and much more. You will also receive a course booklet, affirmation cards and relaxation tracks to fully prepare you for meeting your baby!
